Ticketing and Hospitality Manager (Melbourne)
Sports Entertainment Group is a sports media content and entertainment business, with the unique capability to deliver brand stories to audiences across Australia via multiple platforms including radio, print, television, digital, in-stadium and events.
Based in Melbourne, you will play a key role across our business.
Ballpark Entertainment is the events, experiences and hospitality division of Sports Entertainment Network.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire ticketing process, including pricing, sales, and distribution
Manage ticketing systems and ensure accurate and timely reporting
Develop and implement strategies to maximize ticket sales and revenue
Monitoring of ticketing enquiries email inbox with responses provided within 24 hours
Manage attendee communications for those attending upcoming events
Coordinate hospitality packages, including VIP experiences, catering, and special services
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Liaise with vendors and service providers to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences
Prize Management
Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders on prizing solutions for on air promotions as well as external client promotions
Management of administration, distribution of prizing and communication to prize winners
Monthly financial reporting on ticketing and hospitality functions of the business
Management of venue agreements including bookings and usage
Reviewing all new bookings within a 24 hour time frame and reconciling accordingly
Weekly reconciliation of management team corporate credit cards
Customer Relations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve services
Administration Management
Coordination of team meetings
Assisting management team with a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to sales proposals, research projects and quote sourcing
Key requirements
Highly developed technological skills including all Microsoft Office products (highly developed Excel skills required, including user of basic formulas)
Strong communication, organisation and planning skills
Previous experience in customer service
Demonstrated ability to multitask
Strong communication, time management and organisational skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
