There’s never been a more exciting time to join Aeris Resources.Role Overview:Reporting to our Senior Surveyor and as a member of our Technical Services team this is a great opportunity to grow your skills, experience and add operational value.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for providing regular surveys of the mining areas to support mine planning and production activitiesKeep mine digital models up-to-date with current workings;Ensure mark up of drill rings to enable continuous cycle of drilling to occur;Undertaking and assisting with survey control establishment & extension in accordance with ICSM SP1 V1.7Conducting underground CMS, Hovermap Scans for as-mined production void models, production reconciliation and mining recordsProducing and maintaining survey plans including survey instructions (memos), end of month surveys, dig permits and emergency escape & rescue plansEnsure all survey duties are carried out to conform with the Work Health and Safety (Mine and Petroleum Sites) Act & Regulations as well as the Surveying and Spatial Information Act and RegulationsMaintaining survey equipment including cleaning and inspections, performing regular calibrations and equipment adjustmentEngage in project work to optimise mining efficiencies and the provision of general surveying services to the site as requiredEnsure all surveying work complies with the relevant mining regulations and standards, including safety requirements and environmental considerations.
