We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team. This key leadership role will oversee the production of high-quality baked goods, drive innovation, and lead the team in excellence.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations to consistently produce high-quality products.
* Optimize production methods and schedules for maximum efficiency while maintaining product quality.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline production processes.
* Create monthly specials and introduce new product lines.
* Manage bakery inventory, including costs and supplies.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards, internal policies, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* 3-5 years experience as a Head Baker in a high-volume bakery or similar environment.
* In-depth understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and processes.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage production schedules and inventory levels.
* Commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
