Registered Nurse In Charge – Medical and Aged Care Group
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide on-floor assistance, mentoring, training and support for care plan implementation.
Responsibilities
Provide on-floor assistance to nursing staff.
Mentor, train, and support care plan implementation.
Support a team-oriented and person-centred approach to resident care.
Champion best practice software and maintain high quality standards.
Participate in community outreach and social responsibility initiatives.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
Supervisory skills and experience.
High level of analytical, written and communication skills.
Current Police Check.
Knowledge of relevant legislation.
Initiative and ability to work without supervision.
Commitment to confidentiality.
Self-motivated, positive work workplace.
Understanding and demonstrated ability with Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
Commitment to improving residential aged care.
