**Aerospace Plant Manufacturing Manager Role Summary**

The role involves overseeing daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring timely execution of shipping requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards across the operation. You will be responsible for developing key performance indicators, conducting daily Gemba walks, and implementing resolution actions to improve productivity and efficiency. Additionally, you will manage team members, including supervisors, area leads, and process managers, and ensure goals are established for manufacturing personnel.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze production specifications, capacity data, and resource availability to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and prepare daily work schedules.
* Ensure on-time execution of daily and weekly production and shipping schedules.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators across the facility.
* Conduct daily Gemba walks to identify bottlenecks and implement resolution actions.
* Establish, maintain, and improve workplace 5S and FOD Controls.
* Support the resolution of manufacturing issues and disposition of non-conformances.
* Drive a high-performance culture through staff management and development.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
* 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a precision machining environment.
* 4+ years in a leadership role.
* 3+ years in Aerospace (AS9100).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
* Experience with Six Sigma; Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) or higher.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field.
* Previous experience in an executive level leadership role.
* Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Master Black Belt.
