We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our close-knit team based in Carole Park QLD, where you'll provide exceptional service to our growing customer base!

What Your New Role Entails:
* Providing friendly and efficient service to Blackwoods customers via telephone, email, and other business systems
* Responding promptly to customer requests, taking ownership of inquiries, and finding quick resolutions
* Understanding our customers' sales history to identify service needs and pursue upsell opportunities when available
* Building relationships with clients and staying updated with processes and procedures to deliver tailored solutions
* Informing customers about new product ranges and services where applicable
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in a high-volume call centre environment preferred but not essential
* A customer and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think creatively to achieve results
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently within a small team
* Strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud-based CRM programs
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
