About the role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and supervising domestic insurance repairs from start to finish. You'll work closely with trades, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The estimating and assessing side of things is handled by a dedicated team - so you can focus on what you do best: coordinating works and leading people.
Day‑to‑day, you'll:
* Oversee domestic insurance repairs across the Sunshine Coast region
* Coordinate trades and subcontractors
* Liaise with homeowners and insurers to provide clear communication and updates
* Ensure quality, safety and timelines are maintained
* Work closely with internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
About you
* Experience in insurance building or residential construction management
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* The ability to build great relationships with both trades and clients
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
* Trade background and QBCC supervisors licence
