AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning and delivery of AWS' global infrastructure. We build the facilities that create the cloud, ensuring delivery of sites, power, cooling and supporting infrastructure for continuous customer access.
You'll work with a diverse team of engineers, architects, construction managers, supply chain specialists, security experts and operations managers to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing capacity at the lowest possible cost.
Key job responsibilities
The AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team seeks a Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to support projects growing our Data Centre infrastructure. The TPM leads cross‑functional and technical teams, guiding projects from strategy, design, budget through implementation, testing and deployment of new Data Centres. The role involves managing remote delivery teams, facilitating technical sessions, establishing trust across stakeholders, managing capital budgets and eliminating unnecessary activity to accelerate delivery.
The TPM will use project management tools, methodologies and techniques to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk, reporting and metrics. Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint is required.
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
* Experience in hands‑on work managing complex technology projects.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience leading highly technical infrastructure programs involving complex systems and engineering.
* Able to deep dive and define infrastructure requirements.
