Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Organise and maintain the reception area.
Perform administrative tasks.
Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Uphold the organisation's values and contribute to a positive culture.
Provide support to the broader secretarial and business support team.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Receptionist should have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A commitment to promoting and supporting community health.
Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
No reception experience required What's on Offer Hourly rate of $32-35 per hour.
