We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer, with proven experience in internal sales or customer service, to join our dynamic team in Canning Vale!

About the Role
* Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring every interaction is professional and engaging.
* Understand customer needs by resolving issues and providing solutions that exceed expectations and enhance customer experience.
* Demonstrate product knowledge to recommend Tools, Equipment, PPE and Workwear whilst identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales opportunities.
* Process orders, returns, and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain up-to-date and precise customer records to support seamless operations.
* Support the achievement of team sales targets through excellent service delivery and collaboration.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
* Knowledge of the Industrial PPE & Workwear
* Previous experience in similar role in industrial & safety industry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* A natural ability to solve problems and manage inquiries effectively.
* Strong organisational skills to handle high volumes of tasks with precision.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (ideal but not essential).
* A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a dynamic environment.
