The City seeks a skilled professional to contribute to its business objectives through the management of a team's design and delivery of the Learning and Organisational Development roadmap.
This role is responsible for designing and driving the implementation of the roadmap as a subset of the People & Culture Strategy.
Main Responsibilities
* Design and implement the Learning and Organisational Development roadmap.
* Taking a user-centred approach to create best practice employee lifecycle systems.
* Partner with other departments to ensure alignment and integrated organisational outcomes.
* Manage the city's capability development priorities.
* Curate and deliver capability building initiatives for enterprise-wide projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in Learning and Organisational Development, including leadership development, inclusion and diversity, employee experience and training and compliance.
You will need to have a degree qualification in Commerce/Business, Organisation Development, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a similar field.
