Job Title: Transportation Operations Manager
The role of the Transportation Operations Manager is a critical one, as they are responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of transportation services across all sites. This includes ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of various transport functions such as shuttle services, courier operations, specimen and medication transport, and linen movement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leadership over supervisors and staff in allocation of daily workload planning routes driver deployment service coordination to meet clinical needs.
* Maintenance of full legislative & regulatory compliance including routine checks defect reporting planned preventative maintenance telematics vehicle tracking optimisation data analysis corrective actions implementation.
