AGIS are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to assist in the successful delivery of our services across the region, working closely with the site-based staff and the operations management team based in the Mackay office.

Role:
* Development of workpacks
* Liaising with drafting and engineers for approved design
* Scoping work and estimating
* Managing supervisors through execution of works
* Liaising with client for planning of works
* Planning of works to be executed
Essential Skills:
To be considered for these roles you will need to demonstrate the following:
* 5yrs Scaffolder advanced
* Basic Computer skills around Excel, project
* Knowledge of the scaffolding standard and workplace health and safety procedures
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Understanding of mining and construction industry.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated personnel/time management skills.
* Effective communications skills.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced role.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
