About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist (Local Market Development) to lead our online marketing and brand growth initiatives. This role focuses on digital marketing, lead generation, and local market expansion, working remotely with our sales and design teams.
You will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and generate qualified leads through digital platforms and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, and other platforms)
Develop and execute local market strategies to increase brand visibility
Manage company website, SEO, and social media presence
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
Collaborate with sales and design teams to convert online leads
Maintain and grow partnerships through online and community channels
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in home improvement, design, or building sectors
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation
Strong communication and copywriting skills in English (Mandarin fluency preferred)
Excellent understanding of Australian market trends and consumer behavior
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Being based in Melbourne and having strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
