Client Coordinator / Administrator to join our accounting practice in Gladesville on a part-time basis (4 days per week). 
This permanent role offers flexible hours (eg 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

About the Role 
The successful candidate will be a proactive, organised, and personable individual who can manage multiple administrative tasks while providing exceptional client support. 
Responsibilities 
Liaising with clients, managing enquiries, and ensuring excellent client service 
Client onboarding, document management, and maintaining client records 
Providing tax administration support, including lodgement management 
Reception duties, phone management, and office/meeting room organisation 
General administrative tasks such as mail handling, couriers, scanning, and banking 
Communicating with third parties (ATO, ASIC, and other professionals) 
Preparing ASIC/ATO forms, company incorporations, and trust setups 
Supporting the accounting team with various administrative duties 
About You 
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an accounting practice, bookkeeping firm, or similar administrative role an advantage 
A qualified and friendly manner 
Excellent organisational and communication skills 
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar) preferred but not essential 
Willingness to learn new software and adapt to new processes
