We’re looking for an experienced Chef to lead our team, specialising in modern Australian cuisine. You’ll bring creativity, consistency, and leadership to deliver exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of a busy kitchen operation
- Prepare and present high-quality Australian dishes.
- Develop and update seasonal menus.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory, costs, and hygiene compliance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Chef (Australian or contemporary cuisine).
- Robust kitchen management and communication skills.
- Flexible to work evenings/weekends/public holiday rosters.
