Team Leadership Role
The Team Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring customers have a consistently safe, seamless, and welcoming shopping experience at supermarkets.
* Leadership experience to coach and develop team members through inspiring leadership and mentoring
* To safely complete tasks such as operating floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and collecting trolleys from the car park into the store
* Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift heavy items (up to max 16kg)
Key responsibilities include:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing trolley collection and cleaning services with efficiency and effectiveness
2. Inspire team members with a passion for providing customers with a fantastic shopping experience that is fast, friendly & efficient
3. Maintain focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers to create a positive work environment
