Part-Time Morning Shift – Customer Service / Sales Support
Based in Tyabb, Super Safe Hire Group is one of Victoria's leading providers of portable toilets, temporary fencing, crossovers and power poles. Most of our work is generated through phone and email orders managed by our internal customer service centre.
An opportunity exists for a Part-Time Morning Shift position at our Tyabb office.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 1:30pm (3 days – day off negotiable) and a full day each Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Training: Full in-house training provided on our customised point-of-sale system, please note that the initial training will be provided at our Bayswater North Head Office. Interviews to take place at our Tyabb Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work as part of a team of six customer service professionals located across multiple company sites. The role is primarily focused on the accurate processing of sales and hire transactions while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Duties include:
* Providing a high level of service and support for all sales and service enquiries
* Managing inbound telephone sales
* Order processing for hire, sales and pick-up requests
* Problem-solving customer enquiries
* Assisting our existing client base with sales and service requirements
* Completing accurate data entry and sending order confirmations
About You:
The successful applicant will:
* Be self-motivated, reliable and well organised
* Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
* Possess strong telephone and communication skills
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
* Have good computer skills (advantageous)
* Being local to the Tyabb location will be highly considered
