- North-east shopping centre portfolio, newly created role.
- Circa $140k - $180k inclusive of super.
Our client is an outstanding WA based Landlord and its diverse portfolio includes the development and management of quality retail, commercial and hospitality properties across Western Australia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for Retail to take on management of two shopping centres.
**Additional duties include**
- Collate, report and analyse retailer feedback and performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with current retailers, assist with onboarding new retailers and ensure that they adhere to their lease terms.
- Assist in the preparation of asset plans, turnover forecasts, budgets and financial reporting.
- Manage high risk tenants, tenant arrears and rental abatement.
- Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team
- General administration duties.
- Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate or License.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong client focus and the ability to resolve conflict where necessary.
- A proactive and professional approach with a passion for quality and a desire to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and strategic thinking in high-pressure environments.
- High level financial acumen and analysis.
- A degree in Property, Business, Management or related discipline is highly desirable.
