**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Reporting to the Supply Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding the logistics base team, which includes Embedded Repair Parts Store (RPS) staff, Tool Store Equipment Administrators, and Material Planners. You will ensure daily operations align with all relevant policies and procedures to support the efficient and compliant delivery of the UH-60M Program. Your role includes coordinating the calibration, maintenance, and servicing of Support and Test Equipment (S&TE) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in line with Commonwealth of Australia (CoA) directives and mission requirements. You will supervise these functions and ensure the team meets all operational and mission-critical standards.

**Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;**
- Provide tasking and functional direction to Embedded Supply team members in conjunction with Customer requirements
- Provide equipment status reports to EMEOPS as required.
- Manage the activities of tool control and S&TE resources.
- Provide a high level of support to LMA and Commonwealth managers
- Investigate and provide adequate sparing solutions and feedback to our customers in the required timeframe
- Analyse and update relevant systems in relation to inventory, estimated delivery dates and prioritisation levels.
- Liaise effectively with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain supply performance
- Provide a high level of support to ensure on time delivery for internal and external customer orders are met.

**About you**:
To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in Defence or aviation, or similar logistics fields, with extensive experience in inventory control, asset management, and supply chain operations. You should also have strong skills in customer relationship building and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Leadership Experience**: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a logistics or supply chain environment, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- ** Understanding of Policies and Procedures**: Comprehensive knowledge of logistics operations, including tool and equipment management, inventory control, and supply chain management policies.
- ** Operational Coordination**: Strong skills in coordinating complex operational tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and mission-specific requirements.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: Expertise in the calibration, maintenance, and servicing of S&TE and GSE, with a focus on maintaining technical and mission standards.

**Desirable**
- Forklift Licence
- Substantial ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs and priorities

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
