We're looking for a Marketing Account Manager who's ready to create impact for our amazing clients by crafting data-driven strategies and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
You'll thrive in this role if you're equal parts strategist and doer: confident on the tools, naturally curious about "what's next" in digi, and always eager to test, learn, and refine.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Managing your own portfolio of clients, leading strategy, execution, and reporting.Owning client communications, including providing strategic recommendations.Building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring strong retention and identifying growth opportunities.Executing multi-channel campaigns including (but not limited to) SEO, paid media, content, branding, email, websites, apps, and automations.Overseeing project management, leading campaigns from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.Tracking your billable hours, managing workload effectively and within scope.Briefing designers, developers, and content creators, ensuring work aligns with client goals and marketing strategy.Analysing performance data, turning insights into action and optimising for continuous improvement.Introducing new marketing initiatives, keeping clients ahead of the curve with fresh ideas.Attending industry events, expanding your network and representing the agency.Mentoring junior team members, supporting their growth and development within the agency.WHO YOU ARE

Experience in a similar role, either in-house or at an agency (agency experience a bonus, but not essential).Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field (or the equivalent experience).Strong understanding and hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and SEO.Familiar with CRMs, audience segmentation, email marketing, and customer lifecycle workflows.A strategic thinker and problem solver who is naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve.A "story-seller" who can turn data into compelling marketing insights.A people person with excellent relationship-building skills.Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive with a can-do attitude.At TwentyTwo Digital, marketing isn't just about making noise: it's about making an impact.
