We are looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Cafe Monte, set on Honeysuckle Drive with views onto Hunter River, Monte is situated under our beautiful Little National Newcastle.

About the Role:
Working in a fun and lively environment, the Food and Beverage Supervisor supports the team in delivering quality guest service and Monte's food and beverage offerings, across the Bar and Restaurant. With a fantastic team, this is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor to grow their career.
What you will bring:
* 3 years barista experience
* Experience with supervising a small team
* A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experiences
* Excellent communication, coupled with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
* Desire, passion, and drive to push their hospitality knowledge to the next level
* Initiative and the ability to work both independently, as well as supervise a small team
* Leadership and mentoring capabilities to continue on building on our inclusive and supportive team
