We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead our National Studio. The successful candidate will be a design-focused, experienced professional with excellent end-to-end project capabilities and client liaison skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage projects from concept design to delivery.
* Ensure design excellence is upheld throughout all levels of the team.
* Provide support and mentorship to emerging landscape architects.
* Coordinate with clients and external consultants.
* Manage programming, deadlines, and budgets.
Requirements
* A degree in Landscape Architecture and registration as a Landscape Architect (AILA) is required.
* The ideal candidate will have proven experience covering all areas of design and delivery.
* A history of positive team and client relationships is essential.
* A thorough understanding of Australian building codes and standards is necessary.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical abilities are required.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations are crucial.
* Expert knowledge of planting design and Australian horticulture is desired.
