Central to our diverse operations is a talented administration team across our 15 locations Nationally. We currently have an opportunity to join our administration team as Branch Administrator in Beenleigh.
Whilst key experience and capabilities are important for this role, what is more important is that you are solutions focused, and can thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Our Branch Administrators are the essential connection point between our sales and operations teams, and our clients, so the ability to manage and maintain relationships will also be key to your success.
An immediate start is available to the right candidate.
Along with your high attention to detail and effective communication skills, there are some “need to haves” to be successful in this role.
The fundamental need to haves:
· Experience in processing orders, accounts, credits
· Knowledge of stock/finance software
· Excellent client service skills
· Be a proactive team player
· Be a problem-solver and solutions-generator
