About You
- People person with a hands-on management style
- Background in senior retail management (e.g. Area/Regional manager) with a passion for operations
- Highly organised and people-focused

Key Responsibilities
- Support 13 stores across NSW to maintain operational excellence and achieve key metrics
- Assist with scheduling, store communications, and follow-up on action items from store visits
- Help coordinate store layouts, fit-outs, and visual merchandising rollouts
- Monitor stock movement and support stores in managing inventory effectively
- Assist with WHS, Fair Work compliance, and general workplace safety processes
- Respond to escalated customer feedback and support service improvement efforts
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager on HR tasks such as onboarding, training, and performance tracking
- Provide administrative support for property and facility management
- Help maintain a strong link between stores and head office, including feedback loops and process improvements
