Breakfast Chef Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes including omelets, pancakes, waffles, and eggs Benedict
* Manage kitchen inventory and ensure that all ingredients are stocked and replenished as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
* Supervise and train junior staff members as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook or equivalent in a commercial kitchen
* Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety legislation
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
