TORO Waste Equipment is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial steel bins in Australia. With three workshops nationally, we specialize in the manufacture and repair of a wide range of waste equipment.
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our growth in waste equipment sales. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service existing accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets, visit customers, and deliver proposals.
* Maintain accurate records of activity and results, including daily calls, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
* Recommend changes in products and services to management by evaluating results and competitive developments.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments by reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or a related field.
* Demonstrated knowledge in portfolio growth and retention.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
* Own transport and current driver's license.
