About the Role:
We have an opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Process Engineer and take ownership of plant line performance and improvement. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with the maintenance function to drive equipment reliability, lead improvement projects, and provide technical training to support both operations and maintenance teams.
You'll be responsible for reviewing line performance, executing engineering initiatives, and developing maintenance strategies that elevate plant efficiency. Collaborating across key functions—including IWS Trio (Team Lead, Process Lead, Maintenance Lead), CI, Safety, Trades, Product Development and Quality—you'll play a vital role in driving long-term success on the production floor.
What your day looks like:
* Analyse line performance and implement corrective and preventative actions to drive reliability and safety
* Develop and manage maintenance strategies, systems, and PM schedules to optimise plant performance and cost
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to coach, train, and improve operational efficiency
* Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, new product development (NPD), and technology upgrades
* Scope, deliver, and manage small-scale capital improvement projects within engineering budget constraints
