We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of older people and their families.
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will be responsible for developing individualized programs that enhance the physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural, and social well-being of our residents. You will also lead and participate in the delivery of activities, ensure complete and timely documentation of resident participation and engagement, manage and coach the lifestyle team to deliver top-notch lifestyle activities.
* Demonstrated understanding of leisure and lifestyle programming
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification
