Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing): A nationally recognized qualification in aged care or equivalent experience.
* Communication and Empathy Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as empathy and understanding for individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.
