Required Skills
* Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field
* Exceptional organisational and time‐management abilities
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and team members
* Attention to detail and problem‐solving mindset
* Proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office suite
* Experience with route optimisation software
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
* Previous experience in a fast‐paced environment
