We are seeking a professional to drive capability and leadership programs across our business units. Reporting to the Group Capability and Development Manager, you will work together with key stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver training solutions.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and passionate about developing people. You will have strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage your audience and influence your stakeholders.
You will lead the training & coaching of Managers across our business units, take a lead role in designing, developing, and delivering structured development programs & career pathways, and cascade key leadership competencies through training & development programs.
Additionally, you will assist the Capability Team to scope, build, and deliver regular 'just-in-time' training sessions virtually via Teams and our LMS, utilise & increase usage of our LMS, and assist with training needs for new business acquisitions development plans.
In this role, you will be comfortable using technology such as LMS and Articulate (or similar); online creation program, and have a flexible approach to travel. You will also hold a valid drivers' licence and preferably hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
