We are now seeking a Full Time Client Services Administrator (CSA) to join our growing Adelaide office.
About the Role
To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly efficient individual to join our team and provide essential administrative support to two of our directors. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Client Meeting Preparation: Prepare essential documents for client meetings to ensure smooth and productive discussions.
* Data Management: Utilise practice management software (Xero / FYI) to manage and maintain accurate client data.
* Document Compliance: Monitor and liaise with clients to ensure all tax lodgement deadlines are met promptly.
* Documentation: Prepare applications and complete standard documentation for Directors and Accountants, including setting up new companies, trusts, and super funds.
* BAS Lodgement: Handle the lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS) for clients.
* ATO Correspondence: Manage correspondence with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) on behalf of clients.
* Administrative Support: Oversee general invoicing, appointment scheduling, and assist with travel arrangements and document collation.
