About the Position
Work and mentor clinicians to deliver best‐practice, trauma‐informed care. Oversee clinical quality, reporting, and governance. Manage high‐risk cases and drive safety‐first decision making. Collaborate across complex multi‐agency contexts to strengthen community outcomes. Write comprehensive and accurate clinical reports, including group facilitation reports and case notes, to ensure professional standards are maintained.
Hours of Work
Flexible start and finish times between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, to be agreed at interview and prior to commencement of employment. Hybrid arrangement to be agreed at interview and prior to commencement of employment.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: office‐based (mandatory). Must be available to work from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm on at least one of these days. Monday or Friday: flexible hybrid day (work from home and/or office).
Who are You?
You are compassionate, empathetic, and a driven professional with a genuine passion for making a difference to the lives of SFF's clients and their families. You bring strong commitment to clinical excellence and a desire to contribute meaningful value to your team from day one.
You are tertiary qualified as a professional in Psychology, Social Work (or similar). You are experienced in FDV intervention and therapeutic group work, including expertise in clinical supervision or mentoring. You have a proven track record in clinical leadership and risk management capabilities. You are at the top of your profession, caring deeply about people, specifically those dealing with family violence. You have a sound understanding of the WA Perpetrator Intervention Minimum Standards and FDV risk assessment frameworks (MARF).
Appointment is subject to Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and ongoing compliance checks.
