With the continued growth of the GWM brand in Australia, we are seeking a motivated and professional Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Caloundra team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional (experience desirable) to represent a rapidly expanding brand known for value, innovation and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
* Maintaining high standards of customer experience (CSI)
* Completing all documentation and compliance requirements accurately
* Contributing positively to a team-driven culture
What We're Looking For
* Previous vehicle sales experience (highly regarded)
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Professional presentation and communication
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work Saturdays (rostered)
* Current and valid driver's licence
