You'll be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces to a high standard, working independently or as part of a small team.
From fresh coats in new builds to reviving older homes, you'll take pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Task & responsibilities
Set up ladders or scaffolding and protect surrounding areas drop sheets.
Prepare surfaces by removing old paint/wallpaper, repairing timber, filling gaps, and smoothing or sealing surfaces.
Mix paints to achieve the required colours and consistency.
Apply paints, varnishes, or stains using brushes, rollers, or spray tools.
Install and trim wallpaper as needed.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Carry out minor window repairs, including replacing glass in frames.
Perform small tiling tasks on walls or floors when required.
Qualification & experience
Proven residential painting experience (one year Minimum)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Own painting tools preferred (not essential)
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating/Apprenticeship
