As a Qantas Club Agent, you will deliver outstanding customer service focused on creating a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience. Our lounges offer comfort and luxury, and your role will be crucial in maintaining an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication. You will warmly welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure the highest standards of service.
We're seeking passionate and engaging individuals with strong attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll look to challenge yourself and provide the highest level of service to our customers.
You'll have:
* Strong experience in a fast-paced customer service role
* Ability to think on your feet and perform well under pressure

* Availability to work a 7-day rotational roster, including public holidays and weekends
* Experience in the airline/lounges environment is desirable
