We are seeking to appoint a part-time Educator (Children's Services Employee) atSt Brigid's Outside School Hours CareinRosewood.
We are seekingenthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionateabout supporting children in their early years. You love helping them fulfil happiness through growing, development, and arecommitted to seeing them learn, all while having fun in a comfortable safe environment.
At St Brigid's Outside School Hours Carewe provide before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 45 children.Our program is based on the children's interests and needs, ensuring there is a balance of active and leisure play whilst recognising the need for solitude and we encourage all children to participate at levels they feel comfortable with.
Hours:Casual - Various Hours,Vacation Carewith Opportunity to work across services.
A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

Job Requirements:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
* Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
* Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
