About the Role
As Leasing Manager based in Barwon Heads or Drysdale, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective landlords and tenants. You'll conduct rental appraisals, present proposals, and onboard new clients while ensuring our properties are leased quickly and effectively. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage enquiries, conduct open homes, and process tenant applications
· Communicate clearly with landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth leasing process
· Complete lease agreements, condition reports, and organise pre-tenancy maintenance
· Support the Property Management team with reporting and market insights
What We're Looking For:
· Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (essential)
· Previous experience in leasing or property management
· Current knowledge of the rental property market and legislation
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Professional, proactive, and organised with excellent time management
· A positive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to customer service
