Job Title: Legal Office Manager/Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Legal Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our organization. This is a unique opportunity to work in a prestigious law firm with 25+ years of success servicing blue-chip sophisticated clients.

As a key member of our team, you will relish the autonomy and variety engaging in:

* General office administration/operations;
* Bookkeeping: accounts payable & receivable, billing, trust accounting, reconciliations, roll-overs & cashflows;
* Ensuring legal/corporate compliance (e.g., renewal of insurances, solicitor practising certificates);
* IT/systems maintenance/updates (liaising with external IT experts);
* Assisting with marketing/events management;
* Inducting/training staff and assisting with recruitment;
* Client relations - engaging with clients as and when required.

To be successful in this role, you must have:


Requirements and Skills

We are interested in hearing from you if you have a minimum of:

* 4+ years (or MORE) proven experience in office/practice management and bookkeeping;
* Have worked in the legal industry;
* Have outstanding communication + people + client-service skills;
* Are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task + highly adaptable;
* Love what you do, have lots of positive energy + a 'can-do/what-ever it takes' attitude;
* Have solid MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills + IT/tech savvy;
* Are willing and able to commit long-term in this role full-time.
