Role: *Risk & Compliance Analyst/ Consultant* (Risk & Compliance Consulting Analyst/Consultant). Location: Melbourne / Sydney.

Our Risk & Compliance consultants recommend solutions based on industry insights across Financial Risk, Operational Risk, Risk Analytics, Regulatory and Compliance, and Fraud & Financial Crime.
As a trusted advisor, you will help organisations achieve strategic and operational, reporting and compliance goals. Our professionals and solutions enable organisations to cost-effectively manage risks and drive value.
Key responsibilities
- Work within high performing teams to support the CRO agenda
- Bring experience with one or more risk management capabilities
- Leverage Accenture’s breadth of experience, global resources and assets
- Contribute to Accenture’s methodology and assets
- Form deep relationships with Accenture's clients and propose appropriate solutions and propositions
- Work on risk & compliance projects, including operating models, change management, process re-engineering, regulatory compliance, internal controls review, policies and procedures, monitoring, corporate governance and reporting
- Support development of new intellectual capital for Accenture's Risk & Compliance service line; assist in publishing articles in industry periodicals
Job Qualifications
- Experience within a Management Consulting firm (big 4 or assurance), risk consulting and/or banking is essential
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in advisory services to Financial Services on Risk Management in areas such as Financial Crime Management; Operational Risk Management; Fraud operating model and knowledge of fraud monitoring tools; Regulatory Change Management; Credit Risk; Risk analytics – technology risk
- Proven experience in one or more of the above capabilities
- Experience with Risk / Compliance process design, re-engineering, risk transformation
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; proficient with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree
