* You are a trade-qualified individual with hands-on supervisory experience in ensuring that workshop activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
* With solid maintenance experience and a strong understanding of relevant materials and classifications, you will be able to expand your knowledge of the maritime industry while providing expert advice and guidance to your team.
* As a safety-conscious leader, you will foster a culture where safety always comes first, ensuring the wellbeing of your team, contractors, and visitors.
* You possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, providing technical expertise and guidance to keep operations running smoothly.
