Library Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our Learning Resources Department as a Library Technician.
* Liaising with students, staff, and suppliers to provide an efficient service
* Maintaining day-to-day systems and workflows in consultation with library team members
* Providing ICT support and training to library staff
* Assisting students with research activities and supporting literacy initiatives
* Contributing to library activities, displays, and promotions in a collaborative manner
This role is ideal for someone who possesses a genuine passion for literacy and education in a school context. The successful candidate will hold a degree or diploma qualification in Librarianship or Library and Information Management.
Key requirements include:
* Being familiar with automated library systems and procedures
* Having strong ICT skills and a willingness to learn innovative technologies
