Accounts Clerk Location: Northern Territory Employment Type: Full-time, Ongoing (38 hours per week)
Coral Coast Distributors (Cairns) Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our Northern Territory operations on a full-time basis. This role provides accounting and administrative support across the business and is suited to candidates with bookkeeping or accounting experience who are seeking stable, long-term employment in a regional environment. Key Responsibilities Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconciling invoices, statements, and supplier accounts
Data entry and maintenance of accounting and financial records Assisting with payroll, invoicing, and basic financial reporting Supporting month-end processes and reconciliations
Maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems Providing general administrative support as required Skills and Experience
Qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping (completed or currently undertaking) Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience using accounting or accounting-related software Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary
$69,000 - $72,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on skills and experience. About Us
