Your new role: As an Executive Support Officer within Radiology, you will provide professional, confidential, and highly organised support to senior clinical leaders and the wider department. You will play a critical role in keeping the Radiology Executive Office running efficiently while supporting quality patient care. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating the Radiology Executive Office, including diary and email management, meetings, travel, and executive correspondence * Acting as a trusted intermediary and primary point of contact for Directors, managing enquiries with discretion and autonomy * Preparing high-quality documentation including agendas, minutes, briefing notes, rosters, and confidential records * Managing complex medical staff rostering, payroll submissions, recruitment coordination, licensing, and compliance activities About you: You are a highly organised, professional administrator who thrives in a complex clinical environment. You are confident working independently, manage competing priorities with ease, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
