About the Role: This is a full-time opportunity for a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team.
This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
* Deliver top-tier patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries
* Handle inquiries from key stakeholders, including referrers
* Communicate with medical professionals and assist with results and admin duties
* Finalise billing and other essential support tasks
Requirements: You're eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first attitude. Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are second nature to you. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential in our collaborative environment. Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical terminology is a plus (but not required). Customer service experience is a must.
