Role Summary
Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team. You will be in the work, working stock, executing process, setting clear standards by doing, not directing. Leadership happens on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead from the floor, not the office
* Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
* Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
* Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
* Build a capable team that understands clear expectations
* Hold standards consistently and address performance directly
* Guide your team through operational change as we strengthen capability
