The Opportunity
Join a leading civil construction contractor delivering large-scale
commercial and residential land development projects
across WA. With a strong pipeline of work, we're seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee subdivision projects from planning through to completion. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, career progression, and a collaborative team culture.
Base pay range
A$150,******/yr - A$230,******/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of subdivision projects including earthworks, services, roads, and landscaping.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
Mentor and support project engineers and site supervisors.
About You
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 4+ years' experience managing
commercial and residential subdivision projects
.
Strong technical knowledge of land development and civil standards.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
WA working rights required.
