About This Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating unforgettable moments.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, including check-in, check-out, luggage assistance, and responding to guest requests.
* Provide exceptional service by anticipating guests' needs, responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality, issuing of room keys, handling credit cards, etc.
* Evaluate and respond to guest complaints in a positive manner, escalating as required.
* Communicate effectively with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage to assist guests with regard to room changes, dining bookings, etc.
Requirements
* An energetic, team-focused attitude.
* Enthusiasm to connect with guests and hear their story.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* A full Tasmanian Drivers Licence.
