Join Equipe Auto Parts as an Automotive Parts Interpreter. In this full-time role based in Edwardstown, SA ****, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring they receive the right automotive parts and accessories for their needs.
What you'll be doing
Interpreting customer needs and matching them to the appropriate automotive parts and accessories from our extensive inventory
Providing detailed product information and technical advice to customers, both in-person and over the phone
Maintaining accurate records and inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management
Assisting with the ordering, receiving and distribution of parts and accessories
Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
Delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter or similar role within the automotive industry
Strong product knowledge and the ability to interpret customer needs and match them to the appropriate parts and accessories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical advice in a clear and concise manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management
A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
